Scripture:
Great are the works of the Lord; they are pondered by all who delight in them (Psalm 111:2).
Explanation:
In today Daily Meditation, day 25 of 31 days of the month of August we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic on ‘Exceedingly great and precious promises’– The works of God.
God of Israel – the creator of the Universal has shown a glimpse of his power through His works. The creation and the universe are beautiful creative works of God. The works of God are described as wonderful, mysterious, unusual, marvelous, strange and great. God is still doings His works through the life of the believers today with the works of the Holy Spirit in healings, deliverance, signs, miracles and wonders. I believe that God will empower us to do His works especially among unbelievers who are waiting to seem the mystical acts of God.
He caused an east wind to blow in the heavens; And by His power He brought in the south wind (Psalm 78:26).
He has made His wonderful works to be remembered; The Lord is gracious and full of compassion (Psalm 111:4).
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well (Psalm 139:14).
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father (John 14:12).
So Moses stretched out his rod over the land of Egypt, and the Lord brought an east wind on the land all that day and all that night. When it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts (Exodus 10:13).
May you receive the portion of His inheritance in your life in the name of Jesus Christ.
