Giving Consent will be available from Tuesday 25th of May 2018 together with the new Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).

Major changes to the UK data privacy law will come into effect across Europe on 25th May 2018. It will apply to any international company, charity or Church collecting and processing the personal data of EU citizens.

The General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, is a positive step towards you having more control over how your data is used and how you’re contacted. This will include any individual rights will include right to be informed, right of access, right of notification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability and right to object

For you to keep receiving regular news and updates about all CDMINT’s events, community activities, latest products and CDMINT programmes, you’ll need to consent to receive our communications.

You will also be able to choose which medium you want to be contacted through (Email, Post, Text).

You need to consent to receiving communications from CDMINT even after the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25th May 2018.
