Daily Meditation, day 23 of 30 days of the month of March, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Name of the Lord God’ – The God of everlasting life
One of the names of God in the Bible is the God of everlasting or eternal life. This refers to the place of His resting as He is eternal in His principles.. The name denotes a life giver and the supreme deity, denoting ultimate sovereignty, authority, and exaltation above all other gods or beings.
He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” (John 3:36).
Do not labour for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.” (John 6:27).
Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold and said, “It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; but since you reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles (Acts 13:46).
