Day 22 of 30 days: on ‘Our God is a consuming Fire’ – A fire goes before Him

Scripture:

A fire goes before Him, And burns up His enemies round about (Psalm 97:3).

Explanation:

In today Daily Meditation, day 22 of 30 days of the month of September we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic on ‘Our God is a consuming Fire’–

A fire goes before Him.

As we continue our study and with meditation on the Fire of God, we have seen the essence of His fire to the believers’ benefit. We understood from the scriptures that Our God is a consuming fire and from him a fire goes before Him. There is an outpouring of the Fire and as the wrath of God against evil and wickedness. The scripture text revealed to us that under His wrath, a fire goes before him and burn up His enemies round about. God used the instrument of the burning fire to wage war against His enemies the devil and His demons.

Clouds and darkness surround Him; Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. A fire goes before Him, and burns up His enemies round about. His lightnings light the world; The earth sees and trembles (Psalm 97:2-4).

And in the greatness of Your excellence You have overthrown those who rose against You; You sent forth Your wrath; It consumed them like stubble (Exodus 15:7).

As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, like the appearance of torches going back and forth among the living creatures. The fire was bright, and out of the fire went lightning (Ezekiel 1:13).

May you receive the portion of His inheritance in your life in the name of Jesus Christ.

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
