Day 14 of 30 days: on ‘Our God is a consuming Fire’ – The winds before the Fire.

Scripture:

Therefore, thus says the Lord God: “I will cause a stormy wind to break forth in My fury; and there shall be a flooding rain in My anger, and great hailstones in fury to consume it (Ezekiel 13:13).

Explanation:

In today Daily Meditation, day 14 of 30 days of the month of September we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic on ‘Our God is a consuming Fire’– The winds before the Fire.

We will study and continue with our meditation on the use and the importance of the Fire of God. There are 4 winds of God which have been used by God. At the command of the Lord, we have seen situation in the Bible when the Fire is preceded by the rushing Winds as in the day of the Pentecost.

Therefore, thus says the Lord God: “I will cause a stormy wind to break forth in My fury; and there shall be a flooding rain in My anger, and great hailstones in fury to consume it (Ezekiel 13:13).

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance (Acts 2:1-4).

Also He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army (Ezekiel 37:9-10).

May you receive the portion of His inheritance in your life in the name of Jesus Christ.

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
