Scripture:

Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not (Jeremiah 20:9).

Explanation:

In today Daily Meditation, day 13 of 30 days of the month of September we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic on ‘Our God is a consuming Fire’– The word like a fire.

We will study and continue with our meditation on the use and the importance of the Fire of God. Jeremiah was one of the prophets However in the house of an wicked it shall be a devouring device. This is the similarity of the scripture in the house of Jacob. Whereas in the house of Esau, it shall devours.

Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.” But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not (Jeremiah 20:9).

“Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord, “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? (Jeremiah 23:29).

May you receive the portion of His inheritance in your life in the name of Jesus Christ.
