Day 12 of 31 days: ‘The Lord God’ – Walk in His ways

Scripture:

And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn (1 Kings 2:3).

Explanation:

In today Daily Meditation, day 12 of 31 days of the month of July we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Lord God’ – Walk in His ways.

The Lord God requires us to walk in the ways of the Lord. What then does it mean to walk in His ways? This describes a lifestyle of a Christian with daily obedience, faith and aligning with the God’s will. The principle must encompass showing the love of God and being faithful to His commandment. Walking in His ways brings blessing and longevity.

And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn (1 Kings 2:3).

So if you walk in My ways, to keep My statutes and My commandments, as your father David walked, then I will lengthen your days (1 Kings 3:14).

“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage (Exodus 20:2).

Therefore glorify the Lord in the dawning light, The name of the Lord God of Israel in the coastlands of the sea (Isaiah 24:15).

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
