Day 09 of 30 days: on ‘The glory of God’– If you believe

Scripture:

Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” (John 11:40).

Explanation:

In today Daily Meditation, day 09 of 31 days of the month of September we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic on ‘The glory of God’ – If you believe.

Today will be meditating on the glory of God and must importantly on the God of glory. Jesus said the only criteria to see the glory of God is to believe. Jesus came to show us the glory of the invisible God. The manifestation of miracles, signs and wonders is to show the glory of God. Likewise, in the old testament, there was a similarity to appearance of the sight We understood from the scriptures that Our God is a consuming fire and from him a fire goes before Him.

Then Jesus, again groaning in Himself, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone lay against it. Jesus said, “Take away the stone. “Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, “Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days.”

Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?” (John11:38-40).

And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of meeting, and came out and blessed the people. Then the glory of the Lord appeared to all the people (Leviticus 9:23).

When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the temple (2 Chronicles 7:1).

Now it happened, when the congregation had gathered against Moses and Aaron, that they turned toward the tabernacle of meeting; and suddenly the cloud covered it, and the glory of the Lord appeared (Numbers 16:42).

May you receive the portion of His inheritance in your life in the name of Jesus Christ.

Further Scriptures:

The sight of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel (Exodus 24:17).

Let us pray today: May you experience the fullness of God that brings supernatural manifestation of wisdom, healings, deliverance, signs and wonders in your life, marriage, finance, business, and family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Glory be to God!
