Day 29 of 31 days: ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ – Binding the strongman

When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace. But when a stronger than he comes upon him and overcomes him, he takes from him all his armour in which he trusted, and divides his spoils (Luke 11:21-22).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 29 of 31 days of the month of March, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ – Binding the strongman.
Various scriptures called a strong man as an evil spirit or evil personality behind a particular problem with spiritual root. This strong man can also mean a violent man, the mighty, or a wicked man. Jesus Christ told us that a Strong man exists and that he is a thief.
“When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace. But when a stronger than he comes upon him and overcomes him, he takes from him all his armour in which he trusted, and divides his spoils” (Luke 11:21-22).
And if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but has an end. 27 No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house (Mark 3:26-27).
He frustrates the devices of the crafty, So that their hands cannot carry out their plans. He catches the wise in their own craftiness, and the counsel of the cunning comes quickly upon them. They meet with darkness in the daytime, and grope at noontime as in the night. But He saves the needy from the sword, from the mouth of the mighty, and from their hand (Job 5:12-15).
Hear, O our God, for we are despised; turn their reproach on their own heads, and give them as plunder to a land of captivity! (Nehemiah 4:4).
May you encounter ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ in the name of Jesus Christ.
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
