Day 29 of 31 days: ‘God, The Great Deliverer’ – Be delivered from oppression

I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt; I have heard their groaning and have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt.” (Acts 7:34).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 29 of 31 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘God, The Great Deliverer’ – Be delivered from oppression.
Oppression is the cruel or unfair use of power to control or mistreat individuals or groups. Oppression is demonic mistreatment and it is work of darkness orchestrated as the so called power of wicked works or evil works. So many are affected during the old days likewise in our generation. Thanks be to Jesus Christ Who brought to us the power of God to cure afflictions.
Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them (Exodus 3:9).
“For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now I will arise,” says the Lord; “I will set him in the safety for which he yearns (Psalm 12:5).
He delivers the poor in their affliction, And opens their ears in oppression (Job 36:15).
And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen! (2 Timothy 4:18).
Jesus Christ gave the disciples power and authority over unclean spirits to cast them out and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kind of disease. The blood of Jesus Christ along with the Fire of God are powerful weapons against wickedness.
May the ‘God, The Great Deliverer’ be your God in the month and grant you all your heart desires, favour grace and the blessing.
