Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 28 of 31 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Lord – The Healer’ – The Deliverance and Spiritual warfare.
The Lord Jesus Christ is a fulfilment of prophecy as He Himself is the word made flesh. As Jesus Christ was being born one of the prophecies was that of Zacharias’ Prophecy. Jesus healed many who were sicked and delivered many who were under the power of darkness.
Then He healed many who were sick with various diseases and cast out many demons; and He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him (Mark 1:34).
The oath which He swore to our father Abraham: To grant us that we, being delivered from the hand of our enemies, might serve Him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before Him all the days of our life (Luke 1:74-75).
For He healed many, so that as many as had afflictions pressed about Him to touch Him. 11 And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and cried out, saying, “You are the Son of God.”(Mark 3:10-11).
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19).
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree” (Galatians 3:13).
