Day 27 of 31 days: ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ – The hands of the wicked

Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; Preserve me from violent men, Who have purposed to make my steps stumble (Psalm 140:4).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 27 of 31 days of the month of March, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ – The hands of the wicked.
The hands of the wicked refers to the actions, power and influence which can be expressed as harmful deeds, violence or corruption of the wicked that that rejects divine law. In wicked hand carries out violent and wicked schemes. The enemies of the Lord are constantly in a state of planning evil or wickedness with the scheme to steal, to kill and destroy lives of his prey. Job in his distressed lamented wrongly saying God has delivered me to the ungodly, And turned me over to the hands of the wicked (Job 16:11).
Thanks be to the Lord Jesus Christ who would render such expectation to be overturned.
Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; Preserve me from violent men, Who have purposed to make my steps stumble (Psalm 140:4).
“Because with lies you have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and you have strengthened the hands of the wicked, so that he does not turn from his wicked way to save his life. Therefore you shall no longer envision futility nor practice divination; for I will deliver My people out of your hand, and you shall know that I am the Lord.” (Ezekiel 13: 22-23).
Hear, O our God, for we are despised; turn their reproach on their own heads, and give them as plunder to a land of captivity! (Nehemiah 4:4)
May you encounter ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ in the name of Jesus Christ.
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
