So the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm, with great terror and with signs and wonders (Deuteronomy 26:8).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 27 of 30 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The signs of God’ – Brought out of Egypt.
The significance of the Jews being brought out of Egypt through the signs and wonders of God is for our learning. In today’s life there are many living in spiritual prison literally referred to a similitude of Egypt. If you find yourself in such life situation, you must cry on to God for mercy. May you be delivered from life predicament in the name of Jesus Christ.
So the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and with an outstretched arm, with great terror and with signs and wonders (Deuteronomy 26:8).
You showed signs and wonders against Pharaoh, Against all his servants, And against all the people of his land. For You knew that they acted proudly against them. So You made a name for Yourself, as it is this day (Nehemiah 9:10).
And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt (Exodus 7:3).
And they did so. For Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod and struck the dust of the earth, and it became lice on man and beast. All the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt. Now the magicians so worked with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not. So there were lice on man and beast. Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “This is the finger of God.” But Pharaoh’s heart grew hard, and he did not heed them, just as the Lord had said (Exodus 8:17-19).
In all the signs and wonders which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt, before Pharaoh, before all his servants, and in all his land (Deuteronomy 34:11).
