Daily Meditation, day 27 of 28 days of the month of February, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Anointing of the Lord’– The anointing for victory
In today Daily Meditation, we will be meditating on the Anointing of the Lord and especially on the Anointing of God that brings victory. The enemy of our life will often times want to steal, to kill and destroy, but thanks be to our Lord Jesus Victory who has won the victory through his dead on the Cross, burial and resurrection. His ascension cannot be underestimated as through this we have been made to seat with Christ in the Heavenly places. What a great victory that Jesus Christ conquered death and ransomed us from the power of death?
“I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. O Death, I will be your plagues! O Grave, I will be your destruction! Pity is hidden from My eyes” (Hosea 13:14).
“So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory” (1 Corinthians 15:54).
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57).
The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him – the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11:2).
May you encounter the power of the Highest to make you supernatural in the name of Jesus Christ.
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
