The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow (Deuteronomy 28:12).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 21 of 31 days of the month of January, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The blessing of the Lord’ – Open heavens.
Today we will meditate on the scriptures on the blessing of the Lord but in particular we will focus on the spiritual blessing of the Lord mediated by open heavens. It is a spiritual fact that heavens upon your head must never close or shut up as if it is closed then the spiritual flow will be impeded. As we journal through the scriptures we understand that the blessing of the Lord is that power of God that makes you to prosper.
The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them (Deuteronomy 28:12-14).
Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine (Proverbs 3: 9-10).
For the seed shall be prosperous, The vine shall give its fruit, The ground shall give her increase, And the heavens shall give their dew— I will cause the remnant of this people To possess all these (Zechariah 8:12).
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
