Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 20 of 31 days of the month of January, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The blessing of the Lord’ – Your barns will be filled with plenty.
Today we will meditate on the scriptures on the blessing of the Lord but in particular we will focus on the spiritual blessing of the Lord that will make your barns to be filled with plenty. This is by honouring the Lord with your possessions and with the first fruits of all your increase. As we journal through the scriptures we understand that the blessing of the Lord is that power of God that makes you to prosper.
Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the first fruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine (Proverbs 3: 9-10).
For the seed shall be prosperous, The vine shall give its fruit, The ground shall give her increase, And the heavens shall give their dew— I will cause the remnant of this people To possess all these (Zechariah 8:12).
Rescue me and deliver me from the hand of foreigners, Whose mouth speaks lying words,
And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood -That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; That our daughters may be as pillars, Sculptured in palace style; That our barns may be full, Supplying all kinds of produce; that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields; (Psalm 144:11-13).
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
