Day 17 of 31 days: ‘God, The Great Deliverer’ – The foundational battles

Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 17 of 31 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘God, The Great Deliverer’ – The foundational battles.
Foundational or familial battle exists and that is why certain patterns of life issues within a family. The righteous is continually in Battle with the darkness and the intention is to be in control. Often it may be a pattern in family. This is a battle that Chris has won for the believers as Jesus Christ went on the Cross and shed His blood for the victory. He spoiled principality and powers and made a public show of them openly and triumphed over them. Glory be to God. The believers must not be ignorant of the enemy’s devices and also must be accustomed with knowledge of the spiritual weapons of l warfare.

And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, “Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” So God granted him what he requested (1 Chronicles 4:10).
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled (2 Corinthians 10:3-6).
May the ‘God, The Great Deliverer’ be your God in the month and grant you all your heart desires, favour grace and the blessing.
