And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil (John 3:19).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 15 of 30 days of the month of November, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘God of light’- The light has come into the world.
Jesus Christ came as the light into the world. Unfortunately many hearts are darkened by this darkness and loved darkness rather than light. The light of God is so essential to deal with darkness associated with dead situation.
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it (John 1:4-5).
And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil (John 3:19).
Now it happened, when the congregation had gathered against Moses and Aaron, that they turned toward the tabernacle of meeting; and suddenly the cloud covered it, and the glory of the Lord appeared (Number 16:42).
“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! (Matthew 6:22-23).
Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you (Isaiah 60:1).
May the ‘God of Light’ be your Light and salvation in the month and grant you all your heart desires, favour grace and the blessing.
