Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 14 of 30 days of the month of November, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘God of light’- The light of life
The life and the light of God are essential to deal with darkness associated with dead situation. We have discussed the importance of having the lamp that gives a bright light.
Job further continued his discourse, and said: “Oh, that I were as in months past,
As in the days when God watched over me; When His lamp shone upon my head,
And when by His light I walked through darkness; (Job 29:1-20).
Job wrote that ”To bring back his soul from the Pit, That he may be enlightened with the light of life” (Job 33:30).
Now it happened, when the congregation had gathered against Moses and Aaron, that they turned toward the tabernacle of meeting; and suddenly the cloud covered it, and the glory of the Lord appeared (Number 16:42).
“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! (Matthew 6:22-23).
Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you (Isaiah 60:1).
May the ‘God of Light’ be your Light and salvation in the month and grant you all your heart desires, favour grace and the blessing.
