Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage (Hebrews 2:14-15)
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 12 of 31 days of the month of March, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ – Deliverance from bondage.
Spiritual bondage is a more real experiences of many in life today than physician bondage. Poverty can be a financial bondage such as bondage of illness leading to disability or perhaps death. Bondage is slavery. For instance, as a result of disobedience the people of Israel spent over four hundred years in Egypt under bondage. Someone in bondage is under the nemesis of the taskmaster. Thanks be to God who has delivered us from such demonic bondages.

Solomon wrote:
Then I returned and considered all the oppression that is done under the sun: And look! The tears of the oppressed, But they have no comforter— On the side of their oppressors there is power, But they have no comforter (Ecclesiastes 4:1).
Come to Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28).
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19).
May you encounter ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ in the name of Jesus Christ.
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
