“How have you helped him who is without power? How have you saved the arm that has no strength? (Job 26:2).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 10 of 31 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘’The Lord – My Helper’ – By His power.
Job was in a precarious and desperate situation. He was unaware of happenings in the realm of the spirit that the evil that he was experiencing has been orchestrated by the Satan. What a dreadful situation for a righteous man to experience the Job’s calamity. Thanks be to God who came in to help Job in such situation. May the restore every loss that you have experienced in the name of Jesus Christ.
But Job answered and said: “How have you helped him who is without power?
How have you saved the arm that has no strength? How have you counselled one who has no wisdom? and how have you declared sound advice to many? (Job 26:1-3).
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea (Psalm 46:1-3).
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want, He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake (Psalm 23:1-3).
“But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me (John 15:26).
