Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17)
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 08 of 31 days of the month of November, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The God of power’ – Outstretched arm.
The Outstretched arm of the Lord carries great power for the miraculous. The power of God rules in the earth. One of the attributes of God is the expression of His great power. Prophet Jeremiah proclaimed the mightiness of God by declaring that there is nothing too hard for Him to do.
Ah, Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17).
‘I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are on the ground, by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and have given it to whom it seemed proper to Me
(Jeremiah 27:5).
He rules by His power forever; His eyes observe the nations; Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah (Psalm 66:7).
He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, And has stretched out the heavens at His discretion (Jeremiah 10:12).
“Your right hand, O Lord, has become glorious in power; Your right hand, O Lord, has dashed the enemy in pieces (Exodus 15:6).
Jesus Christ gave the disciples power and authority over unclean spirits to cast them out and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kind of disease. The blood of Jesus Christ along with the Fire of God are powerful weapons against wickedness.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
