Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 07 of 31 days of the month of March, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ – The Casting out demon.
In the old Testament, there was no deliverance called exorcism. Jesus Christ came to deliver us from the bondage of darkness due to operation of demonic spirits.
And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many who were sick, and healed them (Mark 6:13).
As we study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ we will discover the importance of the Power redemption. Redemption is the act of buying back or atonement, commonly signifying liberation from bondage, sin, or debt.
But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house (Matthew 12:28-29).
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death (Revelation 12:11).
But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption (1 Corinthians 1:30).
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence (Ephesians 1:7).
May you encounter ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ in the name of Jesus Christ.
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
