On the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying:
“To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates (Genesis 15:18).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 04 of 31 days of the month of January, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The blessing of the Lord’ – The Covenant keeping God.
The God of Heavens is a Covenant keeping God. Through the Bible we saw how He made covenant with people and this covenant is accompanied by pronouncing His blessing upon the chosen people. He made covenant with Noah after the great flood for forty days that destroyed all living things which were on the face of the ground. After the call of Abraham, and his obedience to walk with the Lord:
On the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying:
“To your descendants I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the River Euphrates (Genesis 15:18).
And he said: “Lord God of Israel, there is no God in heaven or on earth like You, who keep Your covenant and mercy with Your servants who walk before You with all their hearts. You have kept what You promised Your servant David my father; You have both spoken with Your mouth and fulfilled it with Your hand, as it is this day (2 Chronicles 6: 14-15).
May the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
Jesus Christ gave the disciples power and authority over unclean spirits to cast them out and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kind of disease. The blood of Jesus Christ along with the Fire of God are powerful weapons against wickedness.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
