Therefore thus says the Lord God of hosts: “Because you speak this word, behold, I will make My words in your mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them (Jeremiah 5:14).
Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 02 of 31 days of the month of March, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ – Jesus Christ is the Word.
Throughout the month we shall me meditating on the deliverance brought to us through the finished works of Jesus Christ on the Cross. Deliverance is the work of a Deliverer as in this case Jesus Christ. His crucifixion, death, resurrection, and ascension all have spiritual significance to our deliverance.
The word of the Lord came to prophet Jeremiah and the prophets become wind, for the word is not in them. Thus shall it be done to them. Therefore thus says the Lord God of hosts: “Because you speak this word, behold, I will make My words in your mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them (Jeremiah 5:14).
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God (John 1:1-2).
The Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God, and I will exalt Him (Exodus 15:2).
May you encounter ‘Jesus Christ – The Great Deliverer’ in the name of Jesus Christ.
May the blessing of the Lord rest upon you and may the Lord grant us such grace and anointing of the Overcomer and prosperity in the new year. Praise the Lord.
May the Lord move with His great power and let all His enemies be scattered.
