Biblical Meditation part 21: The power of your meditation.

Scripture
Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; Preserve my life from fear of the enemy (Psalm 64:1, NKJV).
Explanation
Much has been written about spirituality of life and health. Perhaps, you are reading this blog and wondering why is this important for your life. As you walk through life and daily news, you hear incredible stories of issues that men go through in life, you wonder where of a sudden do these challenges arise from. A significant proportion of these issues spring forth while men slept. These issues are cause by the devil who is the enemy of human existence. This is an example and irony of David in Psalm 64 when he was faced by wicked adversaries. In his meditation he said that “Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; preserve my life from fear of the enemy. Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity, who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows—bitter words, that they may shoot in secret at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear (Psalms 64:1-4, NKJV). David voiced his heart to the Lord in his meditation, seeking the Lord to preserve his life from the fear of the enemy. Fear is a serious weapon of the enemy. It may present as anxiety, phobia, and all negative fear by the enemy.
The real enemy is not the ordinary human being per say. They are demonic spirits – principalities, evil powers, the rulers of the darkness of this age, spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, NKJV). They are responsible for difficult challenges that many people go through in life. Mindfulness without the Word of God has significant limitation to avail difficult life issues. The good news is that we have our refuge in God. Start by knowing the Word of God and His will. Fear not. Meditate on the Words. Confess them. Pray all kind of prayers with supplications. Submit on to God and Resist the devil and will flee from you. Victory is your portion in the name of Jesus.

Confession
I give myself to the word of God, the Lord has put His Words in my mouth. I have utterance to make known the mystery of the Gospel. I have been set over and rule over the kingdoms. I have the great Power to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down evils and wickedness. I have received the Divine Power of God to build and to plant businesses and estates in the name of Jesus.
