Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 16 of 30 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The God of Glory’ – The glory of man is limited
It is important to know that we do not give glory to any man but to God. Jesus Christ as the son of God ascribed the works that He did to His Father in Heavens. Likewise we must never let men ascribe the glory to us but to God Who works all things through the Holy Spirit in us.
May you be transformed from glory to glory as by the Spirit of the Lord.
So on a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat on his throne and gave an oration to them. And the people kept shouting, “The voice of a god and not of a man!” Then immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he did not give glory to God. And he was eaten by worms and died. But the word of God grew and multiplied (Romans 12:21-24).

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18).
And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me (John 17:22-23).
