Daily Meditation, day 15 of 30 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The God of Glory’ – Transformation by His glory
The Lord Jesus Christ showed us the importance of glory of God as He affirmed that He received glory from the Father and He has given such glory to His disciples. One of the benefits of the glory of God is that it can bring transformation. May you be transformed from glory to glory as by the Spirit of the Lord.
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18).
In that day the Lord of hosts will be for a crown of glory and a diadem of beauty to the remnant of His people, for a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, and for strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate (Isaiah 28: 5-6).
I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do (John 17:4).
And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me (John 17:22-23).
