Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 02 of 30 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The God of Glory’ – Praise the Lord.
Well come to the month of September!!!
Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior. As we meditate on the scriptures , we will be looking today at our God as the God of glory. The glory of God is what God is as He is too big to be described. Many names has been given to God based at times on the people in the Bible who encountered God. In His glory, is His presence, power, majesty, beauty and His awesome works and acts.
The voice of the Lord is over the waters; The God of glory thunders; The Lord is over many waters (Psalm 29:3).
Lift up your heads, O you gates! and be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.  Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah (Psalm 24: 7 – 10).
Sing to the Lord, all the earth; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.  Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples. For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; He is also to be feared above all gods (1 Chronicles 16:23-25).
