Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 30 of 31 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Lord – The Healer’ – Divine health – Your confession unto possession.
The divine health is a right of any believer and just like any other spiritual virtues from God, must be obtained divine health by faith. Divine health could be part of the peace, mercy or virtue just like any blessing that the Lord has for anyone.
The Lord Jesus Christ during His earthly ministry called His disciples and gave them power over every form of sickness and disease and over unclean spirits to cast them out. It is like He has given this assignment to His disciples and for them to be able to do this they must have power. The word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit give vitality to our body, soul and spirit.
Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones (Proverbs 3:7-8).
My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life (Proverbs 4: 20-23).
No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone (Psalm 91: 10 – 12).
Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree” (Galatians 3:13).
