Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 12 of 31 days of the month of August, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The Lord – The Healer’ – The name of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ taught and instructed His disciples to use His Names to heal the sick and that they will cast out demons in His name. His disciples received the Power and went everywhere healings the sick.
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; hey will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover” (Mark 16:17-18).
Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength (Acts 3:6-7
Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Phillipians 2:9-11).
