Explanation:
Daily Meditation, day 22 of 30 days of the month of June, we will study and meditate on the scriptures relating to our topic ‘The signs of God’ – The presence of the Lord.
Jesus Christ demonstrated the significance of the presence of the Lord and the disciples of Jesus Christ recognized the presence of the Holy Spirit in their experience of signs and wonder. After they received the Holy Spirit during Pentecost became the signs and wonders. They had received the promise of the Father – The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does the work of God through His awesome power that include His signs and wonders.
The sight of the glory of the Lord was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel (Exodus 24:17).
And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark 16:17-18).
In all the signs and wonders which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt, before Pharaoh, before all his servants, and in all his land (Deuteronomy 34:11).
God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts[c] of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will? (Hebrews 2:4).
And the Lord showed signs and wonders before our eyes, great and severe, against Egypt, Pharaoh, and all his household (Deuteronomy 6:22).
